Sally Pryor

Dr Sally Pryor is an internationally award-winning digital artist/animator and university lecturer, with a background of practice as a biochemist and as a computer analyst/programmer. Sally has been working with computers since 1979 and was amongst international pioneers in 3D computer animation, digital arts and later, creative interactive multimedia. Her interactive screen-based works include “Postcard From Tunis” (1997), a personal portrait of Tunis that teaches users to read Arabic and “Postcards From Writing” (2004), an interactive road movie about an encounter with a radical theory of human communication called Integrationism. Most recently Sally lectured in Digital Media at the School of Creative Arts at Melbourne University.
